Restitution versus Damages
Is it possible to sue for both restitution and expectation interest? Or can it only be for one or the other?
One can always sue in the alternative, but remember one is a suit on the contract, the other isn’t. Also remember that sometimes restitutionary actions are unavailable (see Oliver v. Campbell )
